RETURN POLICY
During Holidays:
ALL ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN NOVEMBER 6 TO DECEMBER 23, 2024 CAN BE RETURNED TO US BY JANUARY 23, 2025. ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER DECEMBER 23 CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
IF YOU ARE ORDERING CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS AND NEED YOUR ORDER AS A GIFT, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST WRITING HOLIDAY GIFT IN YOUR ORDER NOTES, SO THAT WE MAY CONTACT YOU IN CASE WE THINK IT MIGHT NOT MAKE IT IN TIME.
THERE ARE SEVERAL PRODUCTS THAT HAVE TO BE PRODUCED OR IMPORTED. SUCH PRODUCTS WILL HAVE ANNOTATION ON THE PRODUCT PAGE UNDER AVAILABILITY
RECOMMENDED LAST DAY TO ORDER IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE BEFORE CHRISTMAS WITH REGULAR (NON-EXPEDITED) SHIPPING IS MONDAY DECEMBER 16, 2024 (IF CARRIERS DO NOT DELAY DELIVERY) (YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP ON TUESDAY DECEMBER 17, 2024 IN MOST CASES) IF YOU ARE IN CALIFORNIA OR STATES THAT BORDER CALIFORNIA, REGULAR SHIPPING WILL GET DELIVERED USUALLY WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS
2nd Day Air - Orders placed December 17 - 20 should be delivered on time before Christmas, however we do not guarantee deliveries where the transit is delayed by the courier or weather. We will file a reimbursement claim with the courier and refund for it only if they refund us (acts of God are not covered under courier policy).
Next Day Air - If placed before 8am Pacific Time will ship the same day, or you can call us to verify shipping day if after 8am

IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER DECEMBER 21st OR LATER, THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE SURE IT WILL ARRIVE ON TIME IS BY CALLING US. WE WILL ALSO SEND NOTIFICATIONS AS A COURTSEY TO ORDERS THAT HAVE GIFT IN THE NOTES THAT MIGHT NOT MAKE IT ON TIME.
ALL HOLIDAY RETURNS HAVE FREE EXCHANGES DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY. PLEASE REFER TO OUR REGULAR RETURN POLICY FOR MORE DETAILS PERTAINING TO RESTOCKING FEES ON DRESSES OR DAMAGED ITEMS
DEFECTS:
If the item contained a manufacturer defect, was damaged in transit or you received something other than what you ordered, please send us an email WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT with photos of the product (or product defect) so that we may take further actions in order to remedy the situation.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
All orders placed after 9 AM Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day unless you verbally, by calling request it and receive a verification email of the same. If you do not have a verification email saying that our order will ship the same business day, it is not guaranteed to ship the same day so make sure that you receive it as this is your proof of speaking to someone. Please make sure that the customer service representative confirms this by sending you an email stating the exact date the order will be shipped. This email will be yours (and our) proof in the instance delivery time-frame is an issue.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SPECIFIC BRANDS
Jerry's Ice Skating Apparel takes from 24 hours to 3 weeks to ship out DEPENDING ON THE ITEM AND IF IT IS READILY AVAILABLE. If the item will take longer than 5-7 business days to deliver, we will let you know in an email. If we do not hear back from you, your order will be considered placed and will ship as soon as it becomes available.
IceDress Apparel which states 3 or more weeks delivery is not guaranteed by Christmas however we will do our best to get it to you within the promised time frame. You can always email us and ask about approximate delivery date.
Backordered Products if for some reason a product you ordered is out of stock, an email will be sent to you within 24-48 hours of your order notifying you of such and the expected timeframe for delivery. If we do not hear back from you, we will proceed with the order and ship the item(s) to you when they become available.
The following days are not considered business days and are not calculated into the shipping time.
